This ESG Policy (Environmental, Social and Governance) of MR Motores Aeronáuticos aims to establish the fundamental principles and strategic guidelines governing the conduct of the company's business. This policy seeks to consolidate the organisation's commitment to long-term sustainability, ensuring that operational growth and technical excellence in the aeronautical maintenance sector occur in an integrated manner with environmental preservation, social development and ethical-regulatory rigour.

MR Motores Aeronáuticos recognises that sustainability is an inseparable pillar of flight safety and global competitiveness, aligning its vision of the future with the best international practices in the aerospace sector.

2. Environmental Pillar: Eco-Efficiency and Life Cycle

The company commits to mitigating the environmental impacts arising from its industrial activities and the life cycle of its products, focusing on the following topics:

  • Emissions Reduction and Decarbonisation: Implementation of progressive targets for reducing the carbon footprint of direct operations and promotion of the use of sustainable aviation fuels in bench testing.
  • Resource Efficiency: Maintenance and optimisation of manufacturing infrastructure in accordance with sectoral environmental standards, ensuring savings in energy, water and embodied energy in materials.
  • Circular Economy and Waste Management: Prioritisation of the remanufacturing of aeronautical components and rigorous management of hazardous waste, aimed at extending engine service life and reducing landfill disposal.

3. Social Pillar: Human Capital and Operational Safety

The social pillar of MR Motores Aeronáuticos is grounded in the recognition of people's value and the guarantee of physical and professional integrity throughout the aeronautical ecosystem:

6. Final Provisions

This policy enters into force on the date of its publication and shall be reviewed annually by the ESG Committee (Comitê de ESG) and approved by the Board of Directors. Non-compliance with the guidelines set forth herein shall subject those responsible to the disciplinary measures provided for in the company's Code of Conduct.
